The TOLES HIGHER course is aimed at students who have already acquired the basics of legal terminology and would like to move on to the next level and deal with more complex authentic legal documents and scenarios.
The course focuses upon the language of written contracts and accurate letter writing skills. It covers following areas of law: basic legal negotiations, pre-contractual documents, commercial contracts, banking, companies, bankruptcy and insolvency, employment law and contracts, contract law, the law of tort, intellectual property and real estate.
We recommend that students should be at the intermediate or upper-intermediate (B1/ B2) level of general English to enroll on a course.We recommend that students should be at least at B2 level of general English to enroll on a course.
Duration: 75 hours per 1,5 semester
A course schedule is arranged with a teacher.
Each participant will receive a free certificate of completing the course.
